Youth Training

A 1 to 1 session offers a personalised approach to fitness, allowing you to receive tailored guidance and support. During these sessions, I work with your individual goals to create the ideal workout. This focused attention ensures that exercises are performed correctly and safely, maximising effectiveness and minimising the risk of injury, helping and motivating you to acieve results more efficiently.

Training teenagers between the ages of 14 and 17 is a crucial period for personal development, both physically and mentally. At this age, young individuals are experiencing significant growth and changes in their bodies, making it an ideal time to instil healthy habits and a love for fitness. Personal training for this age group should focus on building strength, improving coordination, and enhancing overall fitness levels, while also emphasising the importance of teamwork, discipline, and goal setting. Personal Training is my passion.

My name is Jack and I live and work in Twickenham, I have been involved in fitness and exercise for over 30 years and have worked in a number of gyms as an instructor and personal trainer. I am a qualified level 3 Personal Trainer and have a degree in Sports Science and Human Biology from St Mary’s University. I have trained people of all levels and abilities and really enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with my clients. I believe it is important for people to learn how to continue their fitness journey beyond my sessions and have the confidence to be able to train themselves in a safe and effective way. I will always push my clients to achieve their best and find their true limits.
