My name is Jack and I live and work in Twickenham, I have been involved in fitness and exercise for over 30 years and have worked in a number of gyms as an instructor and personal trainer. I am a qualified level 3 Personal Trainer and have a degree in Sports science and human biology from St Mary’s university. I have trained people of all levels and abilities and really enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with my clients. I believe that it is importent for people to learn how to continue their fitness journey beyond my sessions and have the confidence to be able to train themselves in a safe and effective way.
